How often do you service a pool?
Weekly is the standard. Punctuality is the thing our customers mention most in their reviews, so we keep the schedule we give you.
What happens on a visit?
A full clean, done without rushing, with the chemical balance checked. Customers describe the pool as spotless and the water as clear afterward.
My pool has staining. Can you do anything about it?
Yes. One of our jobs was a pool with brown staining in several areas, and we kept the owner posted the whole way through until it was right.
Can you clean up after a party?
Yes. A pool right after a children's party is one of the jobs in our reviews, and it went back to spotless. Call with the date and we will work it in.
What if something comes up between visits?
Call us. Customers write that we make ourselves available and come back to sort the problem out, even outside the regular visit.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 7:00pm. If you need us on a weekend, ask on the call.
